Title: Onion Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 8 Ounce bricks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 - 1/2 of a medium White Onion
  • 1 tablespoon of 2% milk
Instructions:
  1. Grate the white onion with a fine grater, where it almost becomes a juice.
  2. Add the Cream Cheese, onion and milk to a bowl.
  3. Blend thoroughly with a hand mixer almost to a whipped consistency.
  4. Package in serving container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Tips:
  • Add less or more milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Classic serving option is Ruffles Chips, but also good with crackers or vegetables.
